The food is really good here again! I am very impressed with the new ownership and my last two visits here! It always was wonderful growing up, and the new ownership really stuck to the old recipes here like they told me they were! They kept their word at that, big win! and I can tell-because this is just like I remember it growing up! Great noodles, rice, and egg rolls! Aa-and! best of all for me, and anyone who really likes General Tso's Chicken, the chicken is moist and tender and actually spicy like it's supposed to be! General Tso's is supposed to be a-spicy sweet dish! Unlike most places in this food genre now-a-days that only make it sweet, China Express here in Lake Wales, does it right! The noodles are even a bit al dente! Rather than a mushy or an overly soft noodle!
